Terms and Conditions

By participating in either promotion, customers and competition entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Women’s Month 10% Discount

  1. The promotion runs from 1 August to 31 August 2026.
  2. Customers will receive 10% off the purchase price of all Miller Gold products purchased during the promotion period, excluding Krugerrand Coins.
  3. The discount is available on purchases made through the Miller Gold website, Shopify, WhatsApp or directly through Miller Gold.
  4. Orders must be accepted and paid for by 23:59 on 31 August 2026 to qualify.
  5. The discount applies to the product price. Delivery, valuations, repairs and other service charges are not discounted.
  6. The promotion cannot be combined with another discount, promotional code, voucher or special offer unless Miller Gold agrees otherwise in writing.
  7. Many Miller Gold pieces are unique and only one may be available. Products are sold on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis and remain subject to availability.
  8. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another purchase after the promotion ends.
  9. Returns and refunds remain subject to Miller Gold’s normal policies. Any approved refund will be limited to the amount actually paid after the discount was applied.

3. Share Your Milestone Competition

  1. The competition runs from 1 August to 31 August 2026.
  2. The competition is open to South African residents who are 18 years or older.
  3. No purchase is required to enter.
  4. To enter, participants must:
    • Follow the official Miller Gold & Co Instagram or Facebook account.
    • Like the official Share Your Milestone competition post.
    • Comment on the competition post and share a personal milestone of which you are proud of.
  5. Only entries submitted on the official competition post during the competition period will be accepted.
  6. One valid entry per person will be accepted.
  7. Automated, fraudulent, copied, offensive or incomplete entries may be removed or disqualified.

4. The prize

  1. One winner will receive a pair of diamond stud earrings valued at R15,000.
  2. The earrings will be supplied with a Miller Gold Valuation Certificate and Tax Invoice.
  3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or exchanged for another product.
  4. The winner will not be asked to make a payment or purchase anything to receive the prize.

 

5. Selecting and contacting the winner

  1. The winner will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries after the competition closes.
  2. The provisional winner will be contacted through the official Miller Gold & Co social-media account.
  3. The winner must respond within five business days and provide the information required to confirm their identity, age and residency.
  4. If the winner does not respond, cannot be verified or does not meet the entry requirements, another winner may be selected.
  5. Miller Gold will never ask the winner for a password, banking PIN, one-time password or payment.

6. Privacy and publicity

  1. Entrants’ information will be used only to administer the competition, verify the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.
  2. Entering the competition does not automatically subscribe the entrant to Miller Gold marketing.
  3. The winner may be invited to provide a photograph or share their milestone story, but participation in publicity is voluntary. The winner may decline publicity without losing the prize.

7. Facebook and Instagram disclaimer

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from responsibility relating to the competition. Meta requires promotions to include official rules, eligibility conditions, a platform release and confirmation that the promotion is not administered or endorsed by Meta. 

8. General

  1. Miller Gold may disqualify any person who does not follow these terms or attempts to interfere with the competition.
  2. Miller Gold may make reasonable changes where required by law or because of circumstances outside its control. Any important change will be published on the Miller Gold website or official social-media pages.
  3. South African law applies to these promotions.
